What the form collects and why. The form asks for your name and phone number and, if you add them, your email address and a short note on where things stand. With it the page sends the address of the page, the page you first came to, the site that sent you here, your time zone and, if you came from an ad, the ad's click id and campaign tags. Patrick uses this to call you back about a first meeting and to see which ads bring inquiries.
Who sees it. Patrick Morris, and DM Law Partners, which runs this form for him: it stores the inquiry and sends it to him by email, with a copy to DM Law Partners.
Google. These pages use the Google tag to measure which ads lead to calls and inquiries. When you come from a Google ad, the page keeps the ad's click id in your browser for up to 90 days and sends it with an inquiry. The phone number on these pages can be a Google forwarding number that rings the same office line; Google then reports the time and length of the call and the caller's area code. Google gets no name, phone number or message from the form.
No attorney-client relationship. Sending the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. As a mediator, Patrick is neutral and represents neither spouse.
